Taylor Swift is lending those golden pipes of hers to Dr. Seuss, as the music superstar has signed on to be the voice of the lead female character in the upcoming animated film The Lorax.
Based on the Dr. Seuss children's book, The Lorax will feature the smooth sounds of hottie Zac Efron as the story's main character, Ted, who sets out to reclaim the forest from the forces of evil. Swift will voice Audrey, Efron's love interest. Rounding out the cast of Universal and Illumination Entertainment's 3-D spectacular are Betty White, Ed Helms and Danny DeVito.
Swift, 21, continues to branch out, as the Grammy winner made her feature film debut in last year's Valentine's Day. In 2010, she was also named the newest face of CoverGirl Cosmetics and created a greeting card line.
